Christ Centered Reality Therapy's (CCRT) diagnostic rules, guidelines, and intake are more than a diagnostic tool. They are the therapeutic underpinning for the implementation of Christ Centered Reality Therapy. CCRT has at its roots the foundation of the Reality Therapy. Family System, Christ Centered Reality Therapy's Five Reality Centers of Conflict. Utilizing Jesus Christ's Ministry as the example, He was most interested in healing individuals with physical, emotional, mentally, and spiritual illnesses.

CCRT 821
The student is then (upon approval of the proposal) to begin writing his or her Master of Arts in Christian Counseling Project, according to the specific format. The Master of Arts in Christian Counseling Project is the finishing work for the Master of Arts in Christian Counseling degree, and is what provides the right to be called Certified Christ Centered Reality Therapist.

CCRT 898
A two page summary of your Master of Arts in Christian Counseling Project will be presented in class as your oral defense of your thesis project . Each and every student must complete a Thesis Project to Graduate and have the degree of Master of Arts in Christian Counseling conferred.

To prepare students for the specialized ministry of individual, marriage and family, and issue focused group counseling within the church, para-church ministries, church-related agencies, and other religious settings, and to provide the educational foundation for further study in Christian Counseling.
To enable students to help people realize personal wholeness in every area of human life -- spirit, mind, and body. To equip students to recruit and train knowledgeable lay persons as peer counselors and para-counselors to provide supportive counseling services to and within the local congregation and community.
To assist students in the formulation of an integrative counseling approach, incorporating proven counseling techniques with a sound biblical and theological understanding of the ministry of counseling.
To offer a program curricula for those students who desire to learn more about applying professional methods and modalities within a Christian counseling framework.

Master of Arts in Christian Counseling (M.A.) Thesis Project
Guided Readings
Guided readings are to reflect an area of research that is directed toward the writing of the Master of Arts in Christian Counseling project. The student is to Christ Centered Reality Therapy guided readings as approved by the Master of Arts in Christian Counseling Academic Dean, to read and reflect on; intellectually, spiritually, and vocationally. These readings must then be documented in the form of an annotated bibliography with synoptic abstracts of the works that have been read. This exercise is an opportunity for the student to begin his or her Master of Arts in Christian Counseling research. There is minimum and maximum amount of words to be written, but the writings must be comprehensive enough to cover the topic. This primarily constitutes Chapter 2 of the Master of Arts in Christian Counseling project (Literature Review). The completed Guided Readings are a part of the Master of Arts in Christian Counseling project.
Master of Arts in Christian Counseling Proposal
The student is to then write a proposal for the Masters, describing the project according to the prescribed format. The completed proposal is to be approved by the Master of Arts in Christian Counseling for the University. The process and format for a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling Proposal is described in Research Writing Made Easy and the resource titled Steps to Completing Your Master of Arts in Christian Counseling Project/Dissertation. These resources will be provided by the office of the Dean of Education.
